Internet Newbie Diary

All my friends are at the Big Seminar in Atlanta.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been receiving personal invitations from some of the biggest names in the industry. I didn’t know we were such good friends (!), but they all sent me invites and even provided a registration link right from their email so I could sign-up right away to go to the Big Seminar.

Alas, Atlanta was not in my future.

But I know they miss me.

Because I keep getting email from them. Yesterday, today. How nice is that? I mean, when I’m at a seminar I’m too busy to keep in touch with folks, but these guys are still writing to me even from the Big Seminar.

It’s funny that they’re not talking about what’s going on there, though. They’re talking about other stuff totally unrelated.

But, I still feel special knowing that I’m in their thoughts.

(Kidding…Can you say ‘auto-responder’???)

In case the title doesn’t say it all, I’m an Internet Newbie and this blog will be my diary.

You’ll have a chance to follow along as I make my way through the Internet, and watch my learning curve (a slippery slope at times). It’s a good place to have a laugh or benefit from my experience. Hopefully both.
